Base Salary

$85k - $184k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Microsoft sales ecosystem processes, workflows, and data flows to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and agentic experiences.
  • Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions and iterate using an experimentation-driven engineering approach.
  • Design, build, and ship scalable production-quality features and intelligent services.
  • Integrate systems, data, and signals into cohesive AI-powered workflows across teams.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance using telemetry and diagnostics.
  • Build secure, compliant, and responsible AI solutions suitable for production scale.
  • Contribute to continuous learning, experimentation, and engineering excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline with proven coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field with coding experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding experience in the listed languages.
