Responsibilities
- Work independently as an expert in an SAP technical workstream for implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support projects.
- Create high-level and detailed designs and develop technical and integration solutions.
- Work with clients to understand business needs, processes, and integration requirements.
- Lead technical and technology workshops and translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Write technical specifications and test plans for development teams.
- Provide training, end-user support, delivery support, and escalation management.
- Manage projects and timelines and drive innovation and transformation initiatives in existing accounts.
- Coordinate and interact with SAP and third-party partners.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to provide technical expertise, advanced problem-solving, client engagement, and project delivery support.
