Base Salary

$137k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and operate production services and AI agents for incident triage, call intelligence, stakeholder communications, and post-incident reporting.
  • Own features end to end, from operational discovery and design through implementation, evaluation, deployment, and production support.
  • Build LLM output evaluation, agent observability and alerting, identity and access controls, and feedback loops that improve agent performance and safely gate autonomy.
  • Integrate ticketing, chat, telemetry, detection feeds, and live call transcription into a consistent incident state model.
  • Participate in incident reviews, workflow observation, call shadowing, and collaboration with Incident Managers and resolver teams.
  • Improve software quality, security, testing, and operational excellence for AI systems used in production incident workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • 1+ years designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training and inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques.
