Responsibilities
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for SDK workflows.
- Develop Python-based automation for test orchestration and quality visibility.
- Create and maintain automated tests across various levels.
- Apply a testing mindset to identify risks and improve observability.
- Influence design and implementation to bake quality into solutions.
- Investigate issues and improve workflows for detection and diagnosis.
- Support Linux and Windows development environments.
- Use test frameworks and quality metrics to enhance visibility.
- Collaborate with SDK teams to clarify quality risks and initiatives.
- Identify and drive improvements in automation and feedback loops.
- Utilize AI-assisted technologies to enhance engineering productivity.
- Build domain knowledge through rotations or focused assignments.
- Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term quality improvements.
- Coordinate with teams across multiple locations.
- Mentor peers and influence quality engineering practices.
Requirements
- Strong practical Python skills for automation and tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation tools.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
- Strong testing mindset with the ability to identify risks.
- Experience in improving testability and observability.
- Ability to diagnose issues in complex environments.
