Responsibilities
- Develop reliable, high-performance, low-latency distributed systems for the complete order lifecycle.
- Optimize, document, maintain, and test code with comprehensive coverage.
- Analyze and resolve multithreading and asynchronous communication issues.
- Debug heap and thread dumps and profile application performance.
- Conduct constructive code reviews and collaborate with experienced team members.
- Understand and implement detailed business requirements in a finance and capital-markets environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java 11+ including Collections, Streams, Threads, and Concurrency.
- Experience with Spring, AspectJ, Kotlin, JUnit5, and Mockito.
- Experience with Docker, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Prometheus, and ELK.
- Understanding of distributed systems, performance, reliability, asynchronous communication, and relational database internals such as indexes and locks.
- Experience using YourKit, JProfiler, or VisualVM for code profiling.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux.
- Familiarity with trading and capital markets.
- B2+ English proficiency.
