Base Salary
$132k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and business partner needs through strategic discovery and translate them into technical architectures.
- Design and maintain end-to-end Procure to Pay and Order to Cash architecture flows, application integrations, and data flows.
- Develop complex custom solutions incorporating non-functional specifications, third-party requirements, and documented business value.
- Lead and participate in business meetings, technical workshops, architecture discussions, proof-of-concept engagements, and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and detailed answers to solution and technology questions.
- Act as a client advocate and communicate pain points, proposed solutions, technology roadmaps, and ROI where applicable.
- Support application maintenance and critical vendor patching through current architecture and integration documentation.
- Assess the operational impact of technology and align solutions with business objectives.
- Build relationships with business and IT stakeholders and transfer technical information effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent education and experience.
- 10+ years of Supply Chain/P2P experience including at least one full-lifecycle S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation, or 8+ years of similar experience with a master’s degree.
- Familiarity with Flexible Workflow, reverse logistics, serialization, ATP, Vertex Tax Engine, SAP BTP, standard APIs, EDI, and MDG.
- Experience integrating SD/OTC, MM/P2P, EWM, and PS with external procurement platforms, inventory planning, third-party logistics, and accounts payable platforms.
- Proven experience architecting complex, end-to-end supply chain landscapes and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and solution discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong listening, reasoning, objection-handling, creative solution development, and complex issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into specific, deliverable requirements and work independently or collaboratively.
- Experience developing and performance-tuning large-volume, scalable solutions.
- Exposure to or experience with AI technologies.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple projects, prioritization, organization, and detail-oriented work.
