Base Salary
$107k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development for business needs.
- Design, develop, test, implement, monitor, and support applications and generative AI systems.
- Build interactive chat interfaces with streaming, asynchronous operations, file uploads, and chat formatting.
- Analyze complex application and business process issues and recommend advanced programming solutions.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and assess system design and functionality.
- Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and provide operational and user support.
- Define operating standards and processes while ensuring required procedures are followed.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advisor, and coach to senior stakeholders and lower-level analysts.
- Assess technology and business risks while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, policies, and controls.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models, large language models, or other generative architectures.
- Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.
- Strong React front-end development skills for interactive user interfaces.
- Experience implementing chat functionality, including HTTP streaming, asynchronous operations, file uploads, and chat formatting.
- Understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, independent working, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
