Responsibilities
- Implement and evolve REST APIs with Django REST Framework.
- Develop and maintain scalable features and planning history.
- Create and optimize PostgreSQL queries and models.
- Work with WebSockets for real-time updates.
- Implement and maintain complex Excel exports using openpyxl.
- Integrate and monitor synchronization routines with external systems.
- Manage file storage in AWS S3 using boto3.
- Ensure system integrity and security for permissions and profiles.
- Contribute to automated testing and maintain coverage standards.
- Review PRs and propose architectural improvements.
- Diagnose and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Evolve the frontend for better UX and modularization.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and Docker containerization.
- Document endpoints, critical flows, and technical decisions.
- Ensure observability through structured logging.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of backend development experience in Python.
- 3 to 6 years of frontend development experience in JavaScript.
- Solid experience with Python 3.x and Django 3+.
- Proficient in Django REST Framework and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with WebSockets and openpyxl for Excel manipulation.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and integration with external services.
- Technical English proficiency for reading documentation.
- Basic web security knowledge including CSRF and XSS.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
