Base Salary
$174k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the prioritization framework and roadmap for AI applications and tooling across certification, onboarding, content, coaching, and ramping.
- Write, review, and ship production code for GTM AI tools rather than handing specifications to an engineering team.
- Standardize the GTM AI tooling stack and decide which capabilities to build internally versus purchase from third-party vendors.
- Evaluate sales workflows and identify where AI can create meaningful enablement leverage.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Engineering, and sellers to build, deploy, and drive adoption of AI capabilities.
- Define and govern which tools should be built, retained, or sunset.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience combining hands-on go-to-market work in Revenue Operations or Enablement with at least one year focused on sales-technology domain work.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production code in Python, TypeScript, or a comparable language, with LLM or agentic application experience strongly preferred.
- Strong fluency in sales processes, pipeline stages, seller CRM workflows, quota mechanics, and sales-call quality.
- Experience defining and tracking success metrics for initiatives.
- Experience driving adoption of tools beyond initial deployment.
- Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity while defining the roadmap.
- Preference for governance, simplicity, and reducing overlapping tools.
