Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software.
- Automate software validation and troubleshoot errors, defects, and system issues.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, software implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend system performance or availability improvements.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, engineering staff, functional teams, systems analysts, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, customer experience, and delivery progress.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow Creator.
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to analyze software requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility.
- Ability to code, test, debug, document, and optimize software solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, engineers, and functional teams.
- Ability to produce accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ability to support customer-focused communication and timely delivery.
