Responsibilities
- Design technical architecture for an AI-powered troubleshooting partner.
- Use YouTube support, policy, and troubleshooting data to improve assistive experiences.
- Define entity schemas for the support lifecycle and interfaces for first-party and third-party tools.
- Establish approaches for quality measurement and improvement.
- Partner with Studio UTLs and YouTube ATLs to evolve infrastructure for assistive Creator experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, including data structures and algorithms.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: experience with applied generative AI in consumer applications at scale.
- Preferred: experience measuring and improving quality for AI-powered products.
- Preferred: experience working as a UTL and influencing across multiple teams.
- Preferred: track record of individual-contributor contributions at L7.
- Preferred: understanding of Google's AI technologies.
- Preferred: strong teamwork and communication skills.
