Responsibilities

  • Contribute to test plans and test strategies for projects and applications.
  • Analyze requirements and user stories to derive manual and automated test coverage.
  • Execute manual, exploratory, and automated testing to assure software quality.
  • Analyze and report quality risks, defects, and test completion results.
  • Create automated tests and enhance existing test suites using tools such as Selenium.
  • Support and maintain the test automation framework, including new features, existing functionality, and bug fixes.
  • Contribute to release support and continuous quality and process improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to resolve issues and keep risks visible.

Requirements

  • Practical experience in a Quality Assurance or Test Automation role involving automated and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
  • Understanding of software testing principles, including planning, estimation, prioritization, and risk-based testing.
  • Exposure to agile testing practices such as BDD or TDD.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and user stories and identify risks and appropriate test coverage.
  • Understanding of quality management methods, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • UNIX and SQL skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in AI and ability to use AI tools in day-to-day work is beneficial.
  • Experience in global online business, fintech, payments, or other complex industries is beneficial.
