Responsibilities
- Define and drive quality strategy for products and releases.
- Lead test planning, risk assessment, QA initiatives, and test automation strategy across multiple projects.
- Establish QA standards, best practices, and scalable testing processes.
- Analyze complex product issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor quality metrics and provide data-driven product quality recommendations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Support, QA, Development, and customers.
- Mentor and coach QA engineers and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Support release readiness reviews and provide quality-related go/no-go recommendations.
- Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and AI-driven QA solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Strong scripting and automation skills, preferably with Python.
- Solid Linux knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with automation frameworks and automated testing systems.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development, testing, and debugging tools.
- Ability to use AI technologies for test automation, failure analysis, root-cause investigation, and QA productivity.
- Working knowledge of Wireshark, Git, Jenkins, automation test harnesses, and AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
