Responsibilities
- Govern the company’s current data security status and lead construction of its data security system.
- Support data security design and development for R&D, product, and operations teams.
- Implement key management and encryption policies, including key rotation mechanisms using KMS and HSM capabilities.
- Build data security infrastructure including DLP, database auditing, key management, and access control.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, audit, and business teams to align policies with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in emergency response to data security breach incidents.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in information security or data security, including practical experience with data security or encryption technology projects.
- In-depth knowledge of data encryption, key management, DLP, data desensitization, database auditing, and access control mechanisms.
- Proficiency in data security system construction and governance methodologies.
- Familiarity with international and domestic data security laws, regulations, and standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with building and implementing data security capabilities on AWS.
- Strong cross-departmental communication skills and the ability to drive data security initiatives to implementation.
