Base Salary
$126k - $143k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end full-stack features within the Search platform.
- Build scalable applications and microservices for client-facing digital platforms.
- Improve search relevance, performance, and user experience.
- Develop Angular-based single-page applications and C#/.NET Core backend services.
- Work within established architecture while adopting modern cloud-native and AI-assisted development practices.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, business, and distributed engineering teams.
- Apply performance optimization, automation, and intelligent workflow techniques where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong expertise in Angular, JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience building microservices, cloud-native applications, and single-page applications.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and distributed-team collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and exposure to AI and machine learning concepts.
- Preferred: experience with search platforms and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.
- Preferred: familiarity with Splunk or similar monitoring and observability platforms, modern testing frameworks, test-driven development, and behavior-driven development.
- Preferred: experience in financial services or regulated environments.
- Preferred: advanced experience integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into production systems, plus knowledge of prompt engineering, automation frameworks, and intelligent workflows.
