Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI agents at scale as part of the Wells AI Global Build squad.
- Build full-stack solutions and support delivery of the team’s current-year scope.
- Take over as lead developer for one or more agents as business and deployment expertise develops.
- Deliver agents according to customer requirements, team processes, and established development methodologies.
- Build web APIs, agent orchestration workflows, RAG architectures, and Azure-based services.
- Develop React web interfaces and contribute to Databricks and ADF data engineering pipelines.
- Write modular code, manage changes with Git, package applications with Docker, and support automated testing and reliable deployments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Experience with OpenAI LLMs and agentic frameworks such as Langraph, Langchain, and Temporal.
- Knowledge of agent orchestration using A2A.
- Experience developing web APIs with FastAPI.
- Knowledge of RAG architecture and Azure services including Search, web apps, function apps, and data services.
- Experience or exposure to React, Databricks, and ADF.
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, API design, database management, automated testing, and deployment automation.
- Understanding of clean, modular software development and reliable application delivery.
