Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery lifecycles.
- Establish development standards and best practices to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Evaluate and improve code quality, scalability, and system performance.
- Manage and guide development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Develop integration solutions connecting Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional technical efforts.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience managing and guiding development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to evaluate and improve code quality, scalability, and system performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Salesforce CPQ with enterprise systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
