Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Lead internal strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting community knowledge base, and grow consulting-practice expertise.
- Guide customers and colleagues in evaluating and deploying emerging technologies for business value.
- Architect technology solutions with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and third-party partners.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, resolve complex issues, manage customer expectations, and negotiate solutions.
- Review and correct project or program direction, approaches, and artifacts to keep solutions maintainable and extensible.
- Advise on program visions and strategies involving enabling technologies on the Salesforce Platform.
- Present complex concepts clearly, influence C-level stakeholders, and mentor or develop technical talent.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written, verbal communication, analysis, problem-solving, and business-process optimization skills.
- Strong experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices across organizational levels and engage C-level executives.
- Application design and development background and a strong enterprise architecture background are preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications are preferred.
- Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, and general Consumer Goods industry experience are advantageous.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Agentforce for Developers is preferred.
- Experience leading a technical team or workstream and defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform is preferred.

- The role offers an annual base salary range of $172,500-$260,100, with a different range applicable in specified locations; bonus, equity, and benefits are excluded from the base salary range.
