Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and lead by example for software development teams of 10–20 members without managing them.
- Participate in requirements analysis, architectural design, detailed design, and software module development.
- Support technical debugging and code reviews while coordinating with multiple feature teams and stakeholders.
- Formulate software designs from specifications and maintain entire projects or products, including schedules and documentation.
- Define efficient processes that ensure security adherence throughout product development.
- Collaborate with security, engineering, architecture, and product management teams across globally distributed locations.
- Coordinate software and technology product innovation and research activities with other departments and functions.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in C++ or Golang, system programming, and multithreading.
- Experience with SDK development, system software development, and client-server application development.
- Ability to formulate software designs from specifications and maintain an entire project or product, including schedules and documentation.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Cloud computing, microservices, and container technology experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
