Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise, solution, and integration architectures for large-scale wealth management solutions.
- Design and develop optimized microservices and REST APIs for real-time business operations.
- Lead migrations from monolithic applications to microservices.
- Design and review load balancing, failover, caching, database-driven configurations, and message-driven patterns.
- Implement logging, auditing, and API monitoring frameworks aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Lead teams of more than 10 people delivering technology-specific customer solutions.
- Mentor developers and technical leads into architecture roles.
- Manage customer, stakeholder, and product-team expectations and align proposed solutions with business goals.
- Use AI tools for automation, modeling, analysis, and code generation.
Requirements
- Principal-level experience in enterprise and solution architecture for large projects.
- Expert experience with integration patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments.
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise and integration architectures.
- Proven ability to align technology strategies with business goals and mentor diverse development teams.
- Knowledge of performance engineering.
- Required cloud certification in AWS or Azure.
- TOGAF 9 certification required.
