Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable business-facing APIs.
- Build modular, service-oriented backend components.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement secure backend services.
- Define clear API contracts and participate in architecture and security design reviews.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
- Proactively identify and address security risks in APIs and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.
- Experience with scalable architecture and modular system design.
- Strong production ownership mindset focusing on performance, reliability, and security.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a cross-geo environment.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
