Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize, and enhance Salesforce Agentforce solutions for service-centric use cases and case management.
- Develop Agentforce components using Apex, Lightning components, and declarative configuration.
- Build integrations between Agentforce and internal business systems using secure integration patterns.
- Configure omnichannel routing and workload distribution to support responsive service levels.
- Analyze implementations, identify bottlenecks, and improve platform stability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate user journeys and service requirements into technical designs and Agentforce features.
- Create technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integration logic.
- Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing.
- Monitor performance and usage metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
- Provide production support by investigating incidents, resolving defects, and implementing preventive improvements.
- Support release planning and deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, security, data governance, operations, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Evaluate new Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on Salesforce developer experience focused on configuring and customizing Agentforce for service-centric use cases.
- Strong skills in Apex development, Lightning components, and declarative Salesforce configuration.
- Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, workflows, and security concepts.
- Practical experience with REST-based integration patterns and middleware tools.
- Ability to analyze requirements and create detailed technical designs and configuration plans.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices and hybrid collaboration models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when diagnosing configuration, integration, and custom-code issues.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
