Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and backend frameworks such as NestJS, Express, or Fastify.
- Develop and maintain frontend web components using React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and consume web APIs.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, improve development practices, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, stakeholders, and other team members.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities and agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Experience with Node.js, TypeScript or JavaScript, ORMs, and web APIs.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, and Clean Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with HTML5/CSS3, SQL and NoSQL databases, and at least one major cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with unit and integration testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, or Supertest.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools with an understanding of their strengths, limitations, and risks.
- Preferred experience with additional Node.js frameworks, GraphQL, Next.js, Nuxt, messaging systems, serverless platforms, Node.js internals, CI/CD tools, infrastructure as code, Docker, or Kubernetes.
