Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into cohesive working plans according to guidelines and standards.
- Write code to implement Salesforce functionalities and features of small to medium complexity.
- Create implementation and back-out plans for individual systems.
- Perform unit testing, support system and user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot defects to identify root causes.
- Develop and support integrations and applications through the software development lifecycle, including post-deployment support.
- Build productive relationships with IT business partners and communicate analysis and results.
Requirements
- Five years of Salesforce development experience.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Advanced experience designing, developing, configuring, and/or administering Salesforce solutions with integrations.
- Advanced experience with integrations, design patterns, application development, and guiding scalable development projects through the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with OmniStudio, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Agile practices, Test Driven Development, and/or Behaviour Driven Development.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and continuous-improvement skills.
