Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, refactor, and remediate Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Stabilize and modernize complex Salesforce orgs.
- Lead CRM replacement initiatives from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce.
- Analyze Dynamics entities and map them to Salesforce equivalents.
- Design and execute data migration strategies.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and backend ERP systems.
- Support modernization efforts involving fragmented data and legacy CRM implementations.
- Act as a hands-on technical contributor during enterprise CRM modernization programs.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Salesforce systems engineering or technical consulting.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience supporting CRM migration or large-scale modernization programs.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, ambiguous enterprise environments.
- Strong communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel primarily within the U.S.
