Technical Architect - MuleSoft
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Lead technical teams through multi-phased MuleSoft delivery projects and provide hands-on implementation and architecture guidance.
- Design enterprise integration solutions, API-led architectures, development standards, governance practices, and operational lifecycles.
- Deliver presentations, architectural blueprint documents, technical workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions for customers.
- Lead multiple customer engagements, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with MuleSoft partners, systems integrators, and third parties.
- Identify project risks and customer pain points and contribute to mitigation measures and improved IT operating models.
- Coach and mentor Services team members, lead technical enablement sessions, and publish reusable technical content.
- Work with MuleSoft product leadership to provide product insight and guide product direction and features.
Requirements
- High-level fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English.
- Experience leading integration teams and architecting enterprise solutions.
- Experience architecting services integrations using at least two of MuleSoft or comparable integration solutions, API management platforms, and packaged on-premise or SaaS enterprise systems.
- Experience managing and architecting multiple technical integration project SDLCs end-to-end, sometimes simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, SDLC pipelines, deployments, configurations, and technical standards.
- Ability to architect solutions within diverse teams of clients, systems integrators, contractors, and internal staff.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior resources, consultants, and clients.
- Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, performance testing, and performance tuning across multiple engagements.
- Expertise architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for complex business requirements and executive stakeholders.
- Experience conducting technical workshops with technical and business clients.
