Responsibilities
- Educate developers and customers about application security and software supply chain security.
- Become a technical expert and evangelist for the Endor Labs supply chain security product suite.
- Deliver solution-oriented product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions and relay customer insights into product development.
- Lead customer onboarding and help customers achieve their security and development objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing technical role, including technical deep dives, product demonstrations, and evaluations.
- Backend or full-stack development experience and understanding of modern software development practices.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows and familiarity with DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with application security, software supply chain security, and/or identity and access management principles.
- Understanding of developer, DevOps, application security, and open-source ecosystems, with some programming ability.
- Experience engaging enterprise technical customers, articulating complex solutions, and operating in a sales cycle.
- Curiosity, collaborative skills, inclusiveness, and an action-oriented approach to solving customer problems.
