Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support the ServiceNow platform and related components.
Develop and maintain business rules, screen tailoring, workflows, reporting, data imports, service catalogs, custom scripts, and third-party integrations.
Own medium to complex business requirements through completion and estimate release-level effort for development activities.
Identify process, tool, metric, and service improvements while supporting regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement.
Drive incident resolution and support version upgrades, performance issues, system outages, and maintenance communications.
Maintain system documentation, participate in planning and implementation meetings, and share knowledge with peers and junior team members.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders, customers, engineers, administrators, and business partners.

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of design, coding, testing methodologies, and debugging procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and workload-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing multiple high-priority assignments.
Preferred knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, Python, SQL, HTML, REST APIs, JSON, credentials configuration, AWS, and Lambda.
