Base Salary

$118k - $152k/yr

Responsibilities

Develop, document, test, debug, and maintain software product applications and complex product capabilities.
Build complex Java Web Services using the Spring Boot framework.
Manage source code with Git, including reviewing and approving pull requests.
Query platform data using SQL-based databases.
Build automated tests alongside sprint work and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
Troubleshoot complex development bugs and document technical details and decisions in Confluence.
Support risk management and the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, computer information systems, electrical engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of direct software engineering or related experience.
Proficiency with Git, the Git flow branching model, Spring/Spring Boot, SQL, and RESTful service design.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and automated testing.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Recent AWS Cloud experience, REST or SOAP services, XML, JSON, YAML, and NoSQL experience are preferred.
FinTech experience is highly beneficial.
