Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native platforms and shared cloud services on AWS.
- Develop backend services, APIs, internal platforms, automation, and tooling using languages such as Go, Python, Kotlin, Node, or Java.
- Use Terraform and Infrastructure as Code to provision and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Build self-service interfaces, documentation, workflows, service templates, and developer enablement capabilities.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, release automation, deployment strategies, incident response, and operational tooling, including AI-assisted workflows.
- Embed reliability, security, compliance, observability, and operational guardrails into platform workflows.
- Review code and architecture, influence engineering standards, mentor engineers, and contribute to platform roadmaps.
Requirements
- Strong experience in cloud infrastructure engineering and backend service development.
- Demonstrated experience working in AI-native engineering environments with AI tools, agents, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS/Aurora, S3, IAM, and VPC.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, with Terraform strongly preferred.
- Experience with one or more backend languages such as Go, Python, Kotlin, Node, or Java.
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, observability, and failure modes.
- Experience building or operating CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and tooling for other engineering teams.
- Ability to think in terms of platforms and products, communicate complex systems clearly, and contribute proactively to roadmaps.
- Preferred qualifications include full stack experience, familiarity with LLM platforms or agent frameworks, Kubernetes or service mesh experience, security and compliance familiarity, and prior SRE, product, platform, or internal tooling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
