Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and technical strategy for strategic enterprise customers and prospects.
- Design scalable security operations solutions spanning SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, security data pipelines, detection engineering, incident response workflows, and cloud environments.
- Translate customer objectives, risk priorities, compliance requirements, and security operations challenges into technical architectures.
- Advise CISOs, CIOs, security leaders, SOC managers, architects, and senior technical stakeholders.
- Lead executive and technical workshops, architecture reviews, solution demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and roadmap discussions.
- Develop integration plans, data-source strategies, deployment approaches, adoption roadmaps, reference architectures, solution playbooks, demos, and best practices.
- Support new-logo opportunities, renewals, expansions, strategic account plans, RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, competitive positioning, and technical validation.
- Partner with Professional Services and Support to transition presales architecture through deployment and ongoing customer value realization.
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on customer needs, product gaps, and market trends.
- Mentor Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers and represent Securonix at customer, industry, executive, and partner events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, solutions architecture, technical consulting, sales engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
- 5+ years of experience architecting or deploying enterprise SIEM, security analytics, XDR, SOAR, UEBA, SOC, or threat detection solutions.
- Strong understanding of threat detection, investigation, incident response, threat hunting, log management, and security automation workflows.
- Deep familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, SaaS applications, hybrid environments, and modern identity technologies.
- Experience integrating security platforms with EDR, NDR, IAM, firewalls, cloud platforms, vulnerability management tools, ticketing systems, and threat intelligence sources.
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, technical evaluations, pilots, or proof-of-value programs.
- Experience with Securonix or comparable SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, XDR, or security analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of detection engineering frameworks, MITRE ATT&CK, threat modeling, and security use-case development.
- Experience with data platforms, APIs, scripting, and automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, SQL, or JSON.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer are valued.
- Experience working with large global enterprises in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, government, retail, or technology.
