Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of software applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and own the project’s technical direction.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to provide solutions across the organization.
- Oversee best-practice implementation and adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve integration processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and middleware technologies is required.
- Experience with enterprise application configuration and customization is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide timely resolutions is required.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques is required.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
