Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications using tools, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, vector database, observability, and guardrail capabilities.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, data sources, and AI services with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs and results, and translate business problems into practical AI applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into existing systems.
- Core proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Ability to prototype quickly, learn rapidly, communicate clearly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Preferred experience includes C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, Bash, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, test frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
