Responsibilities
- Build and rapidly iterate on AI-native products and features based on user feedback.
- Work across the stack to create user-centered product experiences.
- Lead and participate in architectural decisions across multiple product lines.
- Own features end to end from design and implementation through deployment and monitoring.
- Partner with product and design teams to shape workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Drive engineering excellence, reliability, performance, and best practices for AI-powered product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building full-stack applications end to end.
- Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating LLMs or other AI technologies, such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployments, and monitoring on GCP or AWS.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, empathy, and user-centered product development skills.
- Preferred experience includes building AI-native products, working with vector embeddings, RAG architectures, AI inference pipelines, real-time collaboration, WebSockets, or state-sync frameworks.
- Preferred familiarity with product discovery, rapid prototyping, or startup environments.
