Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solution architectures for mission-critical control systems, including data gathering, processing, visualization, and BMS/EPMS control platforms.
Define architecture standards, reference designs, and best practices for mission-critical data center solutions.
Ensure solutions meet availability, resilience, latency, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
Integrate infrastructure, applications, OT systems, and monitoring tools into unified mission-control environments.
Collaborate with clients, customers, consulting engineers, and vendors to ensure interoperability.
Oversee vendor-platform integration and guide development of mission-critical solutions.
Translate operational needs into technical solutions and lead design reviews and architecture discussions.
Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle and support deployment, testing, and go-live.
Embed monitoring, alerting, and incident-response capabilities into solutions.
Validate delivered solutions against approved architecture designs and troubleshoot complex system and integration issues.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to performance, automation, observability, and cost efficiency.
Contribute to long-term technology roadmaps and perform other assigned duties.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with monitoring, control systems, or real-time data platforms.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Systems Architect, or similar professional.
Knowledge of mission-critical environments using PLCs and SCADA.
Knowledge of Rockwell and Ignition software.
EPMS software knowledge is preferred.
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of systems integration across BMS and EPMS and of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to design for high availability and resilience and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Architecture or cloud certifications are a plus.
Ability to travel 30–50%.
