Base Salary

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to uncover high-value customer pains and translate them into AI automation designs.
Design and configure compelling Proofs of Concept using drag-and-drop workflow builders.
Act as a trusted advisor on AI best practices and educate customers on prompt engineering.
Provide feedback to Product Management to refine user interface and agent capabilities.

3+ years of experience building or deploying AI/ML solutions.
Strong understanding of LLMs and practicalities of Generative AI.
Proven track record in a customer-facing role, simplifying complex AI concepts.
Comfortable working with unstructured data and extracting structured value.
Experience in a technical role such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
