Base Salary
$165k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the workforce IAM roadmap and architect identity patterns across Okta and SaaS.
- Lead initiatives in authentication, authorization, and privileged access management.
- Manage security for corporate communication platforms, enforcing DLP and conducting investigations.
- Define and enforce endpoint hardening standards for macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Lead the workforce vulnerability management program and design remediation SLAs.
- Establish secure architecture for AI tool usage and enforce identity-aware access controls.
- Run User Access Review campaigns and drive remediation of audit findings.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering with a focus on IAM and corporate security.
- Strong command of authentication and authorization protocols and enterprise IAM platforms.
- Familiarity with endpoint management and operationalizing CIS benchmarks.
- Experience designing remediation SLAs and operating SaaS posture tooling.
- Comfortable building automation tools and pipelines using Python or Go.
- Curiosity for AI tools and workflows with a focus on responsible enabling.
- Strong writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience operating in SOC 2 and ISO 27001/NIST environments.
