Responsibilities
- Deliver technical components of post-sales services engagements, including integrations and custom interfaces.
- Support complex AI deployments and utilize AI tools to enhance project delivery.
- Enable internal and partner teams on technical concepts and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and solution architects in pre-sales conversations.
- Drive customer business outcomes while balancing project delivery efficiency.
- Work as part of project delivery teams and co-deliver with partner teams.
Requirements
- Experienced in post-sales SaaS implementation or customer success with enterprise customers.
- Skilled in web development (React) and scripting (Python, JavaScript).
- Familiar with AI tools or eager to learn and apply new technologies.
- Strong consultative and customer-facing skills with a successful project delivery track record.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills independently and explore emerging technologies.
- Collaborative team player with experience in project delivery environments.
