Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, maintain, and administer OnBase by Hyland solutions.
- Develop OnBase integrations using C#/.NET and APIs.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for OnBase solutions.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using OnBase reporting tools and SQL Server.
- Work with Application Enabler, Unity APIs, WorkView, and external-system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
- Participate in OnBase upgrades, migrations, testing, deployments, and system enhancements.
- Perform configuration, user management, and performance-monitoring activities.
- Gather requirements from business teams and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is stated for the Custom Software Engineer role; the OnBase Developer description specifies 6–8 years of OnBase development and administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with OnBase modules, configuration, APIs, integrations, custom development, WorkView, and Advance Capture.
- Strong programming skills in C#/.NET and excellent knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Good troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Healthcare domain experience, including HIPAA-compliant environments, is preferred.
- Experience with HL7 imports, FHIR, healthcare integrations, mailbox-based importing, document-ingestion automation, and EMR/EHR integrations is preferred.
- OnBase Administrator and/or Workflow certifications and enterprise application integration experience are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
