Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance Office 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
- Produce high-quality solution or infrastructure deliverables according to project timelines and specifications.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and error resolution throughout the development process.
- Capture user requirements and translate designs and solution architecture into technical specifications.
- Develop and promote best practices for solution usage, operations, and development.
- Monitor emerging technologies, identify risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
- Follow applicable processes, procedures, standards, and technical designs while collaborating with users and project teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm.
- Strong experience with Office 365, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019/Online, SharePoint Framework, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, PowerShell, and PnP Framework.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JSON, jQuery, and related client-side technologies.
- Knowledge of SharePoint architecture and experience delivering Extranet and Intranet solutions.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Syntex, Dataverse, AI Builder, Web APIs, REST, SOAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect, PCF controls, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Teams app development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently with minimal supervision, handle pressure, and work with globally distributed teams.
