Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex product modules.
- Own assigned modules end to end, with responsibility for solution quality, performance, security, and efficiency.
- Contribute to design discussions and propose innovative solutions to business problems.
- Review other engineers' code and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with team leads, product management, and QA teams.
- Contribute to the CI/CD process and identify automation opportunities.
- Drive adoption of relevant technologies, tools, methods, and processes.
- Mentor and train junior team members and conduct training and onboarding sessions.
- Maintain high-quality standards and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field.
- 8+ years of enterprise-level software development experience, preferably in product-based organizations.
- Hands-on experience with software development and solution design.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, threading, JSON, and SQL Server.
- Experience with backend and frontend technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, SCSS, and NGRX; the frontend experience is listed as a plus.
- Ability to independently write code, unit test cases, BDD, and automation scripts.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, software architecture, unit testing, multilayer architecture, and SOA principles.
- Broad experience designing and developing solutions for end users on cross-platform systems.
- Understanding of or strong interest in Agile methods such as Scrum and XP, Behavior Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery.
- Strong communication, logical thinking, initiative, collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous-learning skills.
