Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development teams delivering Financial Services Cloud solutions.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
- Guide developers on coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead onsite and offshore teams.
Requirements
- Experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, and data architecture.
- Experience leading onsite and offshore teams.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is preferred.
- Financial services and banking domain experience is preferred, including retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management, client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, financial accounts and relationship management, and lending and loan origination.
- Experience with OmniStudio and Agentforce or AI-enabled Salesforce solutions is preferred.
