Responsibilities
- Build and launch the Merchant Portal MVP using the Partner Portal’s existing design system and UI patterns.
- Implement secure authentication and session flows through integration with the Identity Service.
- Develop views for application status, document upload, and notification preferences.
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services for identity, document, and notification functionality.
- Develop and maintain frontend test automation for critical user journeys and portal functionality.
- Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and prepare the portal for production launch.
- Collaborate with backend, platform, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize authentication, application status, document management, and notifications within the MVP scope.
Requirements
- Frontend experience with React/Next.js or an equivalent modern framework.
- Experience with authentication and session integration patterns.
- Experience integrating REST APIs for identity, document, and notification services.
- Ability to independently own frontend test automation in the absence of a dedicated Frontend QA function.
- Experience extending an existing design system rather than building one from scratch.
- Ability to maintain firm scope boundaries under stakeholder pressure.
