Principal Software Engineer (Experiences)

Responsibilities
- Drive the design and architecture of complex, scalable systems.
- Conduct design reviews at both the engineering pillar level and across the organization.
- Lead improvements in operational maturity and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and other senior engineers on technology strategy.
- Establish clear technical delivery milestones with Product and Engineering Managers.
- Build trusted leadership across various technologies and practices.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial software development.
- Demonstrated excellence in working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for production issues.
- Experience in building scalable and distributed software systems.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design principles, and engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure, object-oriented programming languages, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to the data engineering ecosystem is a plus.
