Base Salary

Responsibilities

Own and drive technical architecture for complex cross-team full-stack initiatives.
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and distributed services in cloud-native environments.
Architect and integrate agentic AI workflows, LLM-driven automation, AI copilots, and AI-enabled product capabilities.
Set engineering standards for code quality, system design, testing, deployment, and responsible AI-assisted development.
Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to multiple engineering teams.
Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership on scalable technical roadmaps.
Identify and resolve systemic performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and raise technical standards across full-stack and AI engineering.
Evaluate emerging technologies, agentic AI approaches, automation, and developer productivity tools.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
12+ years of software engineering experience, including architecting full-stack web applications at scale.
Expertise with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Next.js, plus backend languages such as C#, Node.js, or Java.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and cloud-native architecture patterns.
Hands-on experience building or integrating agentic AI systems, LLM-powered applications, or AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or MCP.
Track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams and influencing technical direction without direct reporting authority.
Strong database design background across relational SQL and NoSQL data stores.
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
Preferred experience with multi-agent systems, tool-calling architectures, RAG pipelines, event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, Docker, Kubernetes, and commercial real estate, fintech, or operations/transaction systems.
Preferred technical thought leadership through speaking, writing, or open-source contributions, especially in applied AI.
