Base Salary
$190k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and drive technical architecture for complex cross-team full-stack initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and distributed services in cloud-native environments.
- Architect and integrate agentic AI workflows, LLM-driven automation, AI copilots, and AI-enabled product capabilities.
- Set engineering standards for code quality, system design, testing, deployment, and responsible AI-assisted development.
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to multiple engineering teams.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership on scalable technical roadmaps.
- Identify and resolve systemic performance, reliability, and scalability issues.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and raise technical standards across full-stack and AI engineering.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, agentic AI approaches, automation, and developer productivity tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including architecting full-stack web applications at scale.
- Expertise with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React and Next.js, plus backend languages such as C#, Node.js, or Java.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating agentic AI systems, LLM-powered applications, or AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or MCP.
- Track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams and influencing technical direction without direct reporting authority.
- Strong database design background across relational SQL and NoSQL data stores.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent systems, tool-calling architectures, RAG pipelines, event-driven architectures, real-time data processing, Docker, Kubernetes, and commercial real estate, fintech, or operations/transaction systems.
- Preferred technical thought leadership through speaking, writing, or open-source contributions, especially in applied AI.
