Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Build responsive, reusable, high-performance React and TypeScript UI components.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Node.js backend services.
- Implement JWT-based authentication and authorization.
- Design SQL/PostgreSQL schemas and write queries involving joins, indexes, and transactions.
- Develop event-driven and asynchronous services using Apache Kafka.
- Build, package, and deploy applications using Docker.
- Deploy and support applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Write maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code and perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Troubleshoot application, API, database, and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other developers.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and implementing JWT authentication and authorization.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL and experience with Kafka producers, consumers, topics, and message processing.
- Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
- Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-based application deployment.
- Good understanding of Git, software development life cycle, debugging, testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MCA, B.E., B.Tech., or M.Tech. qualification.
- Preferred: experience with microservices architecture, AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Redis or other caching technologies, automated testing frameworks, OWASP best practices, application monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
