Responsibilities
- Lead EngageOne Designer, Server, Communicate, Vault, and related CCM solution design and development.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, solution specifications, implementation plans, and delivery estimates.
- Design and enhance communication templates, workflows, document-generation processes, batches, output generation, archival solutions, and correspondence processes.
- Lead DOC1, legacy CCM, and EngageOne migration and upgrade initiatives.
- Provide technical direction, conduct code and design reviews, enforce standards, and mentor developers.
- Coordinate requirements, solution walkthroughs, delivery planning, status reporting, risks, dependencies, and technical deliverables with stakeholders.
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing and resolve complex production issues.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, security, compliance, and operational reliability.
- Maintain technical design, deployment, release, and operational support documentation and drive knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Customer Communication Management experience using the Precisely EngageOne platform.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Precisely EngageOne Designer, Server, Communicate, and Vault.
- Strong experience in EngageOne document composition, template design, communication workflows, batch configuration, output generation, archival, and correspondence management.
- Experience with DOC1-to-EngageOne migration, EngageOne upgrades, or migrations from other legacy CCM platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, XSL-FO, AFP, PDF, and HTML.
- Experience with EngageOne CDMS, system integrations, web services, and enterprise application connectivity.
- Experience across template development, testing, deployment, release management, production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of coding and design standards, security, compliance, and DevOps processes.
- Strong technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and client-facing skills; insurance-domain experience is preferred.
- Precisely EngageOne certifications or vendor-led training is highly desirable, while relevant cloud, integration, or enterprise architecture certifications are advantageous.
