Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end digital technology solutions aligned with business goals, client requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead solution shaping and architecture definition for strategic opportunities, considering feasibility, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Prepare proposal responses, technical solution write-ups, technical estimations, and architecture narratives for client bids and pursuits.
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical solution approaches with business, delivery, engineering, and sales teams.
- Provide architecture leadership across application development, service design, system integration, APIs, databases, data models, user interfaces, and programming.
- Drive reusable architecture patterns, standards, governance, technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams during implementation to maintain architectural integrity and support successful execution.
Requirements
- 15–18 years of overall experience in technology architecture, software engineering, or related digital technology roles.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade solutions across application, data, and integration layers.
- Strong experience with solutioning and responding to proposals, RFPs, RFIs, or client pursuits.
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform and the ability to architect cloud-native or hybrid solutions.
- Significant hands-on experience with application development, database design, user interfaces, programming, software architecture, design patterns, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include relevant cloud certifications, digital transformation and modernization experience, enterprise solution architecture experience, exposure to agile delivery, DevSecOps, API-led integration, modern engineering practices, senior-stakeholder engagement, pre-sales or consulting discussions, and TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.
