Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement agentic AI workflows and intelligent customer advisory capabilities.
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications, including RAG solutions and multi-agent architectures.
- Develop scalable AI solutions with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFuse and translate business rules into reliable agent behavior.
- Implement prompt engineering, tool and function calling, context management, memory, and structured output strategies.
- Develop production-grade Python and FastAPI APIs and optimize embeddings, vector search, ranking, retrieval, and hybrid search.
- Establish automated quality assurance and evaluation for AI-driven customer interactions using DeepEval and G-Eval.
- Implement AI observability and monitoring and contribute to deployment, operationalization, CI/CD, and cloud-native production readiness.
- Apply software engineering practices including clean code, design patterns, automated testing, and maintainable architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver an AI-powered Product Advisor across the customer sales journey.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience developing with Python.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing production-grade APIs with FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of clean code, design patterns, automated testing, and scalable application architecture.
- Practical experience developing and deploying generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, function or tool calling, agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, context management, memory systems, and structured outputs.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG solutions.
- Strong understanding of embeddings, vector databases, ranking, retrieval optimization, and hybrid search.
- Experience with Azure AI Search or comparable search technologies.
- Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, DeepEval or G-Eval, OpenAI APIs, and AI observability and monitoring solutions.
- Experience with PgVector or other vector databases, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and collaborate effectively in cross-functional product teams.
