Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Develop and support cloud-enabled applications on AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and maintain integrations using Web Services, Oracle Service Bus, XML, XSL/XSLT, and FTL.
- Develop applications, optimize queries, and perform performance tuning with Oracle, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, deployments, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, architecture, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, quality, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- Backend engineering skills with Java 1.8+, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with AWS, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based application support; Google Cloud Platform experience is beneficial.
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Web Services, XML, XSL/XSLT, FTL, JBoss, and Apache Tomcat; Oracle Service Bus is beneficial.
- Experience with shell scripting, Jira, Confluence, Agile delivery, and technical documentation.
- Exposure to GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, or similar AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Preferred exposure to Terraform, Angular, Python, Hadoop, or Scala.
